Revised the Monuments and Memorials Grant procedure, form, and Committee, and grant request provisions. Added required updates to the membership requirements, incorporating required text as approved by the National organization in 2024. Clarified numerous other details, including the disposition of interest earned on the Permanent Fund, refining the Commander’s reimbursement for attending the National Encampment, and various other corrective actions.
